Growth Requires Deep Roots.

As responsibility increases, the leader must grow with it.
The Ascent Collective is a faith-anchored executive forum experience designed to strengthen the person behind the title.

You’ve built something significant. People depend on your decisions, and the pressure of leadership often appears long before anyone else sees the problem.

From the outside, it looks like success.

From the inside, responsibility rarely shuts off. You’re solving problems between meetings, making decisions with incomplete information, and carrying the weight of outcomes that affect employees, families, and the future of the company.

The Business Keeps Growing.

But the space to grow as a leader gets smaller.
Not because you lack discipline. Because very few environments exist for leaders carrying this level of responsibility.

Over Time, Something Subtle Can Begin to Happen.

You skip the workout for another "critical" call. Decision fatigue erodes your emotional margin. Faith becomes reactive instead of foundational. The business expands but your leadership capacity quietly shrinks.

Most Executive Forums Sharpen Strategy. Few Develop the Leader.

Traditional Forums

Executive forums and mastermind groups typically focus on the business. Leaders gather to analyze hiring, growth strategy, financial performance, and operational challenges. These conversations can be valuable, but they rarely address the condition of the leader carrying the responsibility.

The Ascent Collective

The Ascent Collective was built with a different aim: to develop the man behind the mission. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This ensures you don’t build a company your current self can’t sustain.

Strengthening the Leader Behind the Title

The Ascent Collective develops leaders across four essential dimensions.

Leadership

As a founder or CEO, there are decisions only you can make. This environment develops the clarity and conviction required to lead when the path isn’t obvious.

Physical Discipline

Leadership isn’t a sprint—it’s a sustained load. We train together because the weight is heavy.
And if you don’t build the strength to carry it... it will break you. This is where stamina is forged—so you can hold the pressure, stay clear, and lead long after others burn out.

Emotional Strength

The leader often becomes the emotional thermostat of the organization. This space allows leaders to process pressure and lead from steadiness rather than accumulated stress.

Rooted in Faith

Leadership constantly tests identity. Faith provides the foundation that keeps leaders steady when decisions carry real consequences.

The Leader Needs Support Too

This isn’t another commitment added to your calendar.
It’s reinforcement for the leader carrying the weight of it.

12 Leaders. 12 Months.

Designed for depth, not distraction

Small Cohort

The Ascent Collective operates in intentionally small cohorts designed for alignment and depth. Each cohort includes twelve leaders walking through a year together, not a large networking group or a rotating room of strangers. This is a consistent circle of founders and CEOs committed to growing alongside one another.

21-Day Rhythm

The experience follows a 21-day rhythm. Every three weeks, leaders step out of the daily pressure of their companies and into a structured environment for leadership dialogue, physical training, reflection, and direct conversations about the realities of executive responsibility.

Annual Retreat

Once each year, the cohort also steps away for a 48-hour retreat designed to remove distraction and create the space leaders rarely experience: time to think, reflect, and gain clarity about both the company and the leader guiding it.

Led by Someone Who Has Carried the Weight

Bryan Weisweaver spent more than a decade building and scaling a brick-and-mortar fitness company from his home into multiple locations and a national online presence before successfully exiting.

He understands the realities of leadership — decisions that affect people’s livelihoods, payroll pressure, team turnover, and the responsibility that rarely shuts off. The Ascent Collective was built from lived experience, not theory.

Today Bryan works directly with founders and CEOs who recognize as the business scales, so must the man leading it.

Start the Conversation

The Ascent Collective is not designed for everyone. It’s built for founders and CEOs who recognize that success solves many problems. But it also creates new ones.

It is designed for leaders who:

Refuse to settle into comfort

Believe investing in themselves yields the highest return

Value faith as foundational to their leadership story

Done with more strategy. Ready to become fully alive
